MEGen section added to forum

An area dedicated to the discussion of HSL's recently-released PBPK model generator, MEGen, has been added to the forum section. Since MEGen is pre-alpha open-source software, intended to be a freely-available community resource. The primary purpose of the forum is for users and developers to submit code, discuss bugs, highlight issues and supply feature requests. WARNING: MEGen is optimised for firefox, so use that if you can. Failing that, please upgrade your copy of Internet Explorer to IE7.
