Over the next few days, a core of users/admins will be added and the old forum content will be ported to this software. The site will probably undergo some changes as the site is tweaked to meet the suggestions of the users.

So, some of the new features:

• As well as the old feed for the most recent papers in PBPK on the front page, enhanced feeds have been added to show current contents in journals, news from selected publications and job vacancies.
•  A private messaging/ emailing system between users has been added.
•  There is now a blog functionality for users who are so inclined.
• The forums section has been improved and several new sections have been added.
• A new social networking feature has been added. Rather than the old flat list of cryptic user names, full names are used and users can link to one another, creating virtual groups that show how people working within the field are linked to one another (a special singing partner' option has been added for Mel Andersen and Harvey Clewell).  Speaking of which, I need to upload the photos from the GMP meeting in Chania, Crete (thumbnail below).
